To ban a user, click on the avatar associated with their username from any page to access their profile. Then, tap the three horizontal dots located to the right of the “Message” button and select “Add to blacklist.
The user will then be blocked and will no longer be able to send you messages or contact you via video call, as your profile will no longer be visible to them.
